Woodland (double & 2 single beds)

A very large country-cottage style room. There is a super-king bed and two single beds. There is plenty of comfy seating and it has a quiet and cosy atmosphere. This spacious room is in the delightful cottage in the woods right next to the hotel, and it now has a brand new en-suite with a large shower. Dogs are allowed in this room.

Please note access from outside is via a slate stairway with which can be slippery and is not good for anyone with mobility problems. Some of the steps are quite high.

“ We have just had a couple of nights at this unique Hotel… we had the largest room which was huge, full of charm and had everything we needed including a superb bathroom with a gorgeous roll top bath! The food is stunning, breakfast top quality (salmon blini’s are yum) and the evening meal was to die for! The team are very friendly and welcoming…. the rooms are spotlessly clean. We also had spa passes for Langdale Spa which we thoroughly enjoyed. If you want a break that is quirky, cosy, satisfying (esp…the food and ales) and filled with great memories - chose this charming hotel.”
