Additional Booking Information

Check-In time is from 3pm and check-out time is 10.30am. Early check-in (12.30pm) and late check-out (12pm) is available at the time of booking for a small additional charge.

Family rooms: Additional adults in a room are each £35 extra. Children under 18 are £20. Babies are free though there is a charge of £5 for a cot. Please bring your own baby bedding.

Parking: We have our own car park for all guests. One car per room.

Dogs: Your dog can stay in the Bluebell, Otter, Woodland & Heron rooms. Cost £12 per night per dog, maximum 2 well behaved dogs. Dogs are allowed in most of the bar and public spaces. You can add your dogs onto the booking form when you reserve the room.

Extras: Champagne, Prosecco, early check in, late check out, chocolate & flowers (48 hours notice required) are all available to book when you reserve a room online

Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays: Please enquire.

Groups: Sorry we do not accept group bookings.

Weddings: Sorry, we do not do weddings and we do not accept wedding group bookings

Making a booking: Prices are per room for B&B. A deposit to the value of one night is required at time of booking, book online or call us on 015394 34500.

Cancellation policy: All deposits will be fully refunded for cancellations made 7 or more days in advance of the arrival date. The deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of the arrival date, but we do try our hardest to re-let the room and will refund you what we re-sell the room for if this is the case. If a booking is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of non-arrival or booking lenght reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
